We serve Brantford and surrounding areas, including Hamilton, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Woodstock, Paris, Simcoe, Haldimand and more. We also serve other cities; however, a travel fee will apply for locations more than 40km from Brantford.
We arrive an hour before the event to ensure everything is ready to go.
Yes, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your date.
Full payment is due no later than 7 days before your event. This allows us enough time to finalize logistics and deliver a smooth experience.
Our preferred payment methods are e-transfer or bank cheque. Full instructions will be provided during the booking process.
You can reschedule your event based on how much notice you give:
14 or more days before the event: You can reschedule once for free, subject to availability.
Less than 14 days before the event: A $50 rescheduling fee will apply to help cover last-minute disruptions.
Refunds are only available if the full payment (including deposit) has already been made and are based on how far in advance you cancel:
Cancel 21 or more days before the event: You’ll receive a full refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Cancel between 8–20 days before the event: You’ll receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Cancel within 7 days of the event: No refund will be issued due to the short notice and preparation already underway.
